Privacy Policy
What Motohom collects when you use this site, where it goes, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to describe what actually happens, not what usually appears on a page like this.

Who this is about
Motohom builds and operates luxury caravans in India. This policy covers the website at motohom.com and the enquiries that come through it.
Our studio is at 1st Floor, Gala No. 107, Infinity Square Unit No. 5, Above Mahindra Showroom, Waliv Road, Golani Naka, Vasai East, Palghar – 401208, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at hello@motohom.com or +91 98196 55509.
What you tell us
The enquiry forms on this site ask for your name, phone number and email address, and optionally your travel dates, destination, the number of guests travelling and anything else you would like to say. The newsletter box asks only for an email address. Nothing on this site is mandatory to browse it — the forms are the only place we ask for anything.
How your enquiry actually reaches us
This is worth stating plainly, because it is unusual. When you submit a form on this site, nothing is stored here. The site does not have a database of enquiries and our web server never receives what you typed. Instead, the details are used to compose a WhatsApp message, addressed to our concierge desk, which opens in WhatsApp for you to review.
Your enquiry reaches us only if you choose to send that message. At that point it is a WhatsApp conversation between you and us, carried by WhatsApp and subject to their terms and privacy policy as well as this one. If you close the window without sending, we never see it.
What your browser tells us
Like any website, ours runs on a web server that keeps standard access logs: the IP address of the visiting device, the time of the request, which page was asked for, and the browser and operating system reported. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and to diagnose faults.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking. When you visit, Google sets cookies that let us see which advertisements lead to an enquiry — for example, that someone who arrived from a particular ad went on to message the concierge. We see counts and trends, not the identity of individual visitors.
We do not use this site to build advertising profiles of our own, and we do not sell or rent anything about you to anyone.
You can refuse or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com. The site works normally without them.
Other services this site loads
Two things on our pages are fetched from other companies, which means your browser contacts them directly and they can see your IP address:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces this site is set in are served by Google.
- Placeholder photography — a few background images on some pages are still served from a third-party image host while our own photography is prepared for them.
Who else sees your information
Only the parties needed to answer you and to run the site: WhatsApp (Meta), which carries your enquiry; Google, for advertising measurement and fonts; and our hosting provider, which runs the server. Our crew and concierge see your enquiry in order to plan and run your journey.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Where it is held
This website runs on servers located in Mumbai, India. WhatsApp and Google are international services and may process information outside India under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Because enquiries live in WhatsApp rather than in a database here, they remain in that conversation thread, along with the journey records we need for our own accounts and for statutory obligations such as tax and transport compliance. Web server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and diagnostics.
If you would like your enquiry thread and details removed, ask us and we will do it, except where we are required by law to retain a record.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. You may also withdraw a consent you previously gave.
To do any of these, or to raise a grievance about how we have handled your information, write to hello@motohom.com with “Privacy” in the subject line, or call +91 98196 55509. We will respond as promptly as we can, and within the timeframes the law requires.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Children travel with us often — as guests of the adult who makes the booking, and we ask for nothing about them through this website.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. This version is dated 11 September 2026.
Questions about anything here are welcome — the concierge desk will route them to the right person.
